What Kind of Work can be entered?
Only Work of Indian origin, released to Indian audiences is eligible to be entered for the Awards
Only Work created in Hindi, English as well as any Indian Regional language or dialect is eligible to be entered for the Awards
Only Work released to Indian audiences between 1st January 2006 and 31st Dec 2007 is eligible to be entered for the Awards

What are the technical specifications for sending the entries?
The formats that entries need to be sent in include DVD PAL or Beta PAL (Telecast Quality)
Each entry must have proper sound sync
2 (print resolution) images that can be used to feature the entry in the Awards brochure / catalogue

How many entries can a company / individual enter?
Individuals / Companies / Organizations can send multiple entries (as many entries as they wish to)

What do I need to Know about the Nomination Forms
Nomination forms should be typed or handwritten (ALL CAPITAL LETTERS ONLY).
Each form can be used only for a single Entry; No Multiple Entries per form will be permitted. (For multiple entries, print/photocopy the forms for each entry)

What is the deadline for sending entries?
Completely filled nomination forms and entries along with processing fees and all the attachments asked for, must reach the AnimationXpress.com Office or the Arena Centre closest to you before January 15, 2008

What are the additional Rules & Regulations that one needs to make note of?
All postage/courier charges must be pre-paid. No materials will be returned and the materials submitted will become the property of CNBC-TV18, Arena Animation and Animation Xpress.com
Entries once submitted and accepted by AnimationXpress.com will be considered final and no changes/ alterations /Modifications will be permitted
